Subscription and Cancellation Terms

1. Payment and Handling Fees

2. Subscription Code Activation

  1. Activation Instructions: The subscription code is the only credential required for subscription services. Please keep it safe. To activate the service, go to the “Renew your subscription” page on your device, enter the subscription code, and complete the verification process.
  2. Activation Terms: Each subscription code can only be used once. Once activated, it is bound to your account and cannot be transferred again. After successful activation, your service will be immediately activated, and the validity period will be automatically calculated based on the set duration of the subscription code. Please follow the steps as instructed during activation. You are responsible for any activation failures or issues arising from incorrect steps.
  3. Service Period & Renewal Notice: This subscription service does not include automatic renewal, with no automatic charges applied either. You may choose to repurchase the service according to your needs after it expires.

3. Cancellation of Subscription

To help resolve any issues you may experience as quickly as possible, we encourage you to contact our technical support team for assistance before submitting a refund request. Please also verify that your order meets the refund eligibility criteria below.

Refund Eligibility:

A refund request may be submitted for review if the purchased service experiences technical failures, you have fully cooperated with our team during troubleshooting, but no effective resolution can be offered following full consultation between both parties.

  1. How to Cancel Subscription: You can apply for a refund by going to the “My Orders” page on the website and clicking the “Refund” button. Once the refund request is submitted, it will enter our refund review process, and we will contact you via your login email.
  2. Cancellation Notes: Once the refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. After cancellation, you will not be able to reactivate the subscription or get the latest software updates.

Non-Refundable / Non-Terminable Circumstances

  • Refunds shall not be granted if the subscription code has been activated on a device or the service benefits have been used.
  • Refund requests submitted for personal subjective reasons (e.g., "no longer needed", "wrong purchase", etc.) will not be accepted.
  • No refunds will be issued if you refuse to cooperate with technical support in troubleshooting, fail to provide problem information, or decline to attempt official solutions.
  • For products purchased through authorized dealers or third-party platforms (such as eBay or Shopify stores), please contact the corresponding seller or platform for refund arrangements.

Note: Normally, after the order is confirmed, the system will automatically send a confirmation email within one hour. However, due to network or system failures, spam settings, or email spelling errors, the confirmation email may be delayed. In such cases, please contact the customer service team within 24 hours。

4. Disclaimer

  1. Our company reserves the right to modify the subscription code usage rules and membership service terms. Changes will be announced in advance through notifications to users.
  2. Our company is not responsible for any service suspension or termination due to user violations of this agreement or other relevant laws and regulations.
