Recently, some XTOOL tablet users may encounter a failure when sending diagnostic reports to their email (see image). After investigation, the cause of the failure was found to be an issue with the report format, which was identified as spam by the email system.
Current Progress:
We are in communication with the email service provider to resolve this issue. The exact fix time is currently undetermined.
Temporary Solutions:
Note: The operation may vary slightly between different versions, but the overall process is the same.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and support!
If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us at support@xtoolonline.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
My A30M device got the “Invalid License”, how can I do?
A: To investigate the “Invalid License” message, please kindly send us the screenshot of the issue via support@xtoolonline.com and follow this path on your device to check the SN displayed in the app: APP > Settings > About > VCI
This will show the actual SN currently recognized by the software. Then send us the actual SN us so that we can provide the next solution to solve the issue.
Is It Safe to Download and Use the Anyscan App?
A: Yes, the A30D/A30M App is completely safe to download and use. It is developed by XTOOL and will not harm your phone or tablet, nor will it access or steal your personal or vehicle information. Sometimes, your device may show a warning when installing apps from outside official app stores. This is a standard Android system reminder and does not mean the app is unsafe. Like many third-party apps, our software only needs access to basic functions for vehicle diagnostics. If you're having trouble downloading or installing the App, feel free to contact our support team via support@xtoolonline.com. We’ll provide a direct and secure download link with step-by-step guidance.
My XTOOL tablet cannot connect to WIFI.
-If it shows “times out”, please check your router and make sure that your router is selected WPA2, not WPA3(maximum compatibility), and that it has not blocked the outgoing network traffic to non-US regions like China. Switching to a mobile phone hotspot will most likely solve the registration issue. Then you can switch back to your home Wi-Fi for software downloads.
-The second method is to connect to the WIFI extender. If you have the WiFi main modem and the extender. You can try to disconnect the Xtool D8 from the main WiFi and connect it to the internet via the extender.
-If it has connected to the internet but shows “connect internet to sync your device”, the problem is that the country and time zone (china time zone) in the Android system didn’t match what the network time zone was (pacific time zone) and is preventing it from syncing. Please just correct the time zone to pacific time zone by entering setting-Date&Time-tun off the “automatic date and time”-"select time zone".
I need to change the English to other languages in my device for diagnosis.
-Please send us your tool S/N and let us know your target language so that we can authorize the language updates you need via support@xtoolonline.com.
