These 50 points aren’t a typical rewards system. They’re virtual credits used by XTOOL to unlock premium or encrypted car key programming features.

For certain higher-end vehicle makes, you need these credits to perform advanced operations, like reading PIN codes, performing all-keys-lost (AKL) procedures, or working with encrypted smart keys.

2. Why Am I Prompted for “50 Points”?

• The points are like one-time access tokens.
• Each time you run a high-security operation—such as reading a PIN, erasing old keys, adding a new key, or performing AKL—it uses up a set number of credits.
• On the XTOOL online platform (e.g., XTOOL Online), each such advanced operation typically costs “50 credits,” which are deducted when you proceed.
• These credits get linked to your device and are automatically used during premium programming.

How It Works with the X100 PAD3

When the X100 PAD3 (with or without the KC100 module) programs keys, it supports a wide variety of vehicles and immobilizer functions, including:
